Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the subscription frequency and duration you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each scheduled delivery unless you choose a prepaid subscription option.

Some subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their term. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date to avoid future charges.

To cancel or modify your subscription, use the link provided in your order confirmation email or contact us directly. Any changes made after a payment has been processed will apply to future subscription orders.

Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is not currently in stock or is not yet available for immediate shipment.

We may collect full payment, partial payment, or authorization of your payment method at the time of purchase. The remaining balance, if applicable, may be charged before shipment.

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been shipped. Once a pre-order has been processed and shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. However, you may be eligible to return the item in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Try Before You Buy

For Try Before You Buy purchases, we may authorize your payment method before shipping the item. You will have a specified trial period to decide whether to keep the product.

If you choose not to keep the item, it must be returned within the trial period according to the instructions provided. If the item is not returned within the specified period, your payment method will be charged for the full purchase amount.

European Union Consumer Rights

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you may have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us before the withdrawal period expires. Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and our Returns & Refunds Policy.
